11-18-09: Your 2nd Quarter Statements are now posted. Termination of Employment Distribution Form and Sample QDRO forms have been posted on the forms page.
10-02-09: The next self-direct pension class given by Putnam Investments will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at 5:00 PM in the main conference Room at the Hall (2840 El Centro Road, Sacramento, CA) If you want to self-direct your pension monies you must attend one of these classes! Additionally, if you want to return your self-direct money back to the trustee–direct, November is the open enrollment period to do so. Paperwork to make these changes can be obtained in the Trust Office during the month of November. Please call 916-923-0666 for more information or to RSVP to attend the November 4th class. More info
